Cost us almost $2800 for upper and lower partial denture for my husband. We had to go several time to fix the problem. Unfortunately its not fixed. We asked him to give us the money back so we can go to other dentist. He said he cant do that. We are very disappointed and upset. We really dont know what to do. We lost $2800 and wasted so much time.

Please avoid this dental clinic. I am fairly new to CA (from Germany) and I was a new patient with Case Dental. I went for regular cleaning and they led me to believe that with my insurance, the minimum share I would need to pay is $165. I was charged for it and later complained to my insurance. My insurance mentioned that my cleaning should be free. The clinic charged me $165 for the rinsing agent that they used which they didnt specify when they were talking about the charges. Very dishonest and disappointing! They even initially tried to get me to do deep cleaning for $502, and I checked this with my insurance as well and they cover 80% of it.

Be careful with the charges guys. Look at your receipt and make sure that you dont pay for something you dont need, even for basic cleaning thats supposed to be paid for by your insurance! There are many dental clinics out here, you have a lot of options.

My husband and I had a very bad experience at Case Dental group. We were both new patients and were told that we needed a deep cleaning for our teeth and that it wasn't covered by insurance. I was also told I had cavities and needed fillings in two teeth. My husband was charged over $600 for his procedure. We thought the charges didn't match our policy but the office staff refused to work with us or contact our insurance who told us that 100% of the work they did should have been covered. I decided to go to a different dentist who said I didn't need a deep cleaning or fillings! We filed a formal complaint with our insurance for my husband and it still took over 6 months for them to reimburse us and many calls from the insurance company.

Case Dental Group is by far the best dental clinic!! I highly recommended it to anyone that is looking for a dentist. I gave them 5 stars and I would have given them more if it was possible. Please make an appointment as soon as you can, you wont be disappointed!!!
