Today, I had a root canal that, honestly, I was dreading. The tooth had been hurting so much I'd lost 10 lbs. I met with Dr. G at Smile Maker's at their new location yesterday. I explained my dental anxiety which he took seriously. My fear was feeling the nerve before he numbed me. I must say this was my first pain-free root canal. His technique of numbing me before the needle and waiting long enough for it to process really helped. A huge thank you to Sam and Mandy for assisting and tending to my overactive saliva glands. I'm home resting with some pain meds. I'm the worst patient but they handled me with much needed care. It's important my anxiety and concerns are acknowledged and considered during treatment and they were.

Came for a teeth clening and they up sold me to replace 3 silver fillings. Was hesitant and agreed to 1, the day of, I decided to do all 3. Big mistake, as soon as i drank or ate I felt mind numbing pain, where there was no pain before. Didn't give me any literature on post procedure, so I googled it. Pain should subside after 2 to 4 weeks. Pain didn'tsubside after a month, so made an appointment. When I arrived they informed me I needed to pay $95.00. The nerve of these people, making me pay so they can find out what they did wrong. I just walked out. And this is after I paid $800.00 for 3 fillings.

I have a new smile, with new full dentures on top and a partial on the bottom. I love way they fit. A few adjustments when I first got them. They feel great. Dr. Lee was patient and the quality of the service in the end gives me a great new smile. Thank you for the number 1 service and to all employee's, I had an enjoyable time at your facility.
