Kinecta Federal Credit Union - El Segundo

My experience with Kinecta was outstanding!!!! Long story short I filed for bankruptcy during the pandemic since then, Ive been rebuilding my credit. Had an unexpected expense pop up and getting a personal loan was extremely challenging. Kinecta was the only credit union to allow me to open a checking and savings account. I was on the website inquiring about a personal loan, the next day I had a missed call from a Representative named Solana Palma. At first, I was a little hesitant about returning her call, because I was expecting a denial, however, I gave it a shot, and she was extremely helpful. She explained the options that were available to me and I was approved. It was quick and fast no hassle and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and the whole process. Thank you again Solana!!!

A couple of days ago was my first time there. It looks amazing there. Everyone was super polite and helpful. Solana was very helpful! I was able have some things looked at with no issues, and open a new credit card!

I have been a Xerox employee for 30 years. I have belonged to the credit union that has been associated with them. I need some financial assistance, and Solana Palma - Allen was so helpful and professional. She made my experience very easy and was quick to get my documents in order.
