        Before I give my bad review, I would like to say that Chris Brown is a first class rep for Merrill. However, I have been on hold trying to speak with someone at the bank for more than one hour. I tried chatting with someone online, but they said they cant help me and that I have to call. When I first saw the low rating of Bank of America, I was thinking whats wrong with people?!!! Bank of America should have the highest level of service and the best reviews. Now, I know why and l am not Surprised, anymore :-)
