Beware of this apartment complex and really anything on Peach Street. I can tell management is trying to improve this place, but it is outran with horrible tenants, and is just ghetto. Bike and property gets stolen all the time, there's a man who is always walking around in his underwear and leaves his junk EVERYWHERE. One neighbor likes video taping his nieghbor. There's roaches inside of the apartments, despite their effort to spray the units. You can't fix an issue from the outside, when the real problem is people living on the property who just don't care. Clothes get taken out of the shared washers and dryers, and they're expensive. For some reason, a lot of the neighbors are up all night, it's impossible to have a peaceful night when all you hear is music blasting, cabinets and drawers slamming, and literally all of your neighbors footsteps. Don't be fooled by a low price point, you get what you pay for.
