        This company keeps raising rent every six months. It's One Bedroom Apartments rent for 1800-.2100 This is a bad area. All appliances are from the 80s. No Central air or Central heating. Instead they have only a one room air conditioner/heater combination that only cools, or heats the living room. The pool is very dirty. The company also charges 100 a month for water and trash including water costs from the laundry room, and landscaping.. Homeless people frequent the complex, going through trash cans and breaking in vehicles. There is no security. A relative lives here, who just turned in a 30 day notice. Better areas rent for the same price.

        The manager used curse words in front of children, very unprofessional staff! Zero politeness or communication with tenets. Save your time and money. Lots of addicts around the complex because there is no security.
