This morning Bob Jenson's crew arrived to install a new furnace in our attic. The crew Jorge Curiel, Abrahan Brito and Brandon Millburn arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and started right to work. The job was finished and the area was cleaned up. they were very professional, polite and all in all a good crew that I would be happy to have do any work we need in the future.

Update on 04/08/24 Received a welcome and surprise visit from Marco and Pourvia who were taking care of other matters in the building. They asked if I wanted my maintenance done today and I accepted. I am blown away by their proactive approach in going above and beyond for me! Thank you!! I have been a customer with Bob Jenson for nearly 3 years. I always feel secure and safe in the hands of Marcella when I call in. She always makes sure my questions are answered and appointments are booked asap. I've appreciated her assistance over these past 3 years. Sammy and Marcos are consistently wonderful and patient when they come by to do maintenance or check on issues.
