Never stayed here but the staff and spa is fantastic.

Rooms: The rooms were okay I guess? If you forget about the live bugs and water damage in the bathroom, the poorly maintained hardwood floors and the thin curtain. The price was affordable, and many poolside rooms were offered with outdoor, barred in seating. Vibe was a little sketchy overall, but I liked the many pools and tubs offered and it looked beautiful and had a nice atmosphere. Oh, and lights were flickering, and shower faucet was very hard to turn on and impossible to turn fully off. Safety: Maybe this was my bad for not reading the registration form thoroughly (which I thought was mostly about parking), but I was not verbally warned about the danger of these hot springs, nor were visual warnings placed in an obvious place. After an hour in the hot tub spring, I became violently ill, vomiting over 15 times throughout the night, having severe muscles aches and nausea. I became dangerously dehydrated and was forced to go to a medical clinic nearby. Food & drinks: I asked the bartender for something blue and strong and he delivered with a $15 (with tip) and tasty blue curaco drink I could take outside. I was a little suspect of the water dispenser after becoming ill, but it was most likely a bacterial infection from the hot springs. Didnt get a chance to try the food from the restaurant. Bar had kind of a weird vibe with old office chairs in front of the bar and no way to get the bartenders attention, but he was kind and quick when he spotted me. Noteworthy details: Probably beautiful in its day and if I hadnt gotten so sick. I did not feel adequately warned about the risks of bacterial infections from the hot tubs, and while they were legally off the hook for a refund, I wouldve appreciated an apology as I had to cut my trip short and became more ill than Ive ever been in my life. And no, I didnt dunk my head underwater. Additionally, when we arrived at around 8 or 9 pm, we were informed only one of the tubs had jets going, and many we tried were tepid

The pools ware not clean, people take dogs and there was dog poop in the stars I had to as 2 time to clean Rooms: Carpet was smelling dirt Food & drinks: Food was good
