Hi. So my husband and i have been together for 21 years. We were wanting to experience out side the box. Try something new. So mountain by the sea caught our eye. We made several calls to them over a two day period asking all kinds of questions. The biggest one was we want to getting the full experience of the life style. So I ask specifically. How busy is it. Slower than last night which was saint Patricks day. Well ok so slower that a pack house. We pay for over the phone right then and it was pretty expensive but if we get that experience we paid for. Worth it. Paid for membership to. We get there and only two couples were there. But left within the the time we got there checked in and unloaded our car to the room. And then headed out. Assuming that more people were come since it was just slower than pattys day. But no. There was no one. We waited none. So we were there with no one else. You can not experience it with just us being the only people. So we went up to check out and expressed that we called and asked. You guys just said slower than the holiday last night that was packed. Not that there would be no one to experience anything. Was told that they could not do anything but to try back agin. My husband both run businesses. First time customers that spent a good amount of money for What was told they would have. And did not get it. That is a customer we take care of. That is worth having them as a customer forever. Not counting their friends and family become ongoing customers. So unfortunately we will not be going back. It is a beautiful place. But I cant justify spending 400 for one night. To swim. Really bummed. And discouraged.

thanks we are totally shocked you did not see more special guests if this is the weekend the sea mountain thinks it is there were over 100 guests every day even sunday - Most of our fantastic guests Love the person they are with so even if its not packed and loud they have fun being in one of the only private and safe resorts to be naked 420 friendly with tons of snacks and beverages included with an all female staff and world class are surrounding the magic naked indoor and outdoor areas. we appreciate your thinking that it was BEAUTIFUL SO Why have negative energy on the love the sea mountain can give you with incredible hot mineral water naked pools music and indoor areas with all foods and drinks and frette linens and 4 season mattresses in the glorious rooms .Email us so we can get you a FREE VISIT TO COME HOME AND SEE THE MAGIC but only if you can be happy with the person you are with because in the land of Sea that is the KEY

Well I am happy to say the owners of Sea Mountain Inn made things right with our stay! They were kind enough to offer us a weekend when its a little busier so we can give them another try. Sometimes it is hard to know who is writing the reviews and if they are acually real axs there was an incident with a couple who wrote things about the rain and they were very threatening. This was two weeks ago so we’re going to assume this is not you we are shocked The Beds at Sea Mountain are famous for their 4 seasons brand comfort and the finest sheets that can be found like Frette Hellas Seaweed Border sheets and the Health team was able to check your linens and perhaps the down frette comforter was not as soft as some but it seemed wonderful to the all female staff .There were many issues from the storm and we are sorry the designer ceiling fan did not rotate correct and the light bulb was out. The team did move your room and the fridge is safe very cold -The team is reaching out for some refunds and future free visit for you and your lifestyles couple that you treated to a nude visit. Be aware we take your statements very serious and next time remember there are so many meals and beverages and 24 hour snacks and bottomless premium beverages and more . We were so happy you loved the incredible HOT mineral water clean seren pools . In terms of smoking our female security team is reviewing this nuisance and will report back to you too . Thanks for making us better your words are important .
