I had excellent care at Dr. Chao's office. All of her staff were professional and friendly, and Dr. Chao took the time to listen to me and understand what was bothering my eyes. I left with more improvement than I expected, including tactics that can help reduce my eyestrain (not just an updated prescription!).

Hello, I recently had an appointment with Dr. Chao at her Davis, CA office. I just wanted to say that I was impressed with the professionalism of all her staff. I was a new patient and they provided clear communication on how to complete pre-visit information so my office visit would be fast and smooth. I also felt very reassured with their protocols in place due to COVID 19. Dr. Chao did a great job with examining my eye heath and took great care analyzing my vision and producing a new prescription. I would certainly recommend her office to anyone needing vision care and glasses/sunglasses/contacts.
