NOT BUY AGAIN: window coverings. At first good service: in-home visit with good suggestions. Talked about buying in three stages and ordered the first, which was 4 window blinds and two coverings for sliding glass doors. All installed just fine and the coverings look and function great. But then I could not get them to return my calls or answer emails - I wanted a receipt for the purchases and had been told they'd provide a new quote for some special coverings. Finally had to go to the store in person to ask for the receipt. Never did get the quote. I can't understand why my 3 or 4 calls and two emails were never answered. For the second stage and special purchases, I'll go elsewhere. The coverings are 4 stars and the service is one star.BUY AGAIN: Hunter Davis window covering are very nice.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from the Design House. I love the vast, spacious showroom, the variety and grouping of styles of furniture displayed in various alcoves. The staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful without the sales pressure feeling that's normally associated with sales.  Nonni, the owner of Design House, has personally explored my wants and needs and made recommendations. I feel I would have been lost without her. The sales are great. The furniture rivals those of Z Gallery, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn, but with much more affordable price tags.

We've had nothing but great experiences here. They have an incredible array of tasteful furniture. The ladies that staff the place are always on hand to help you pick out fabrics, advice on how to coordinate pieces etc. What is most incredible is that for such great service and really top of the line furniture it is half the price of a place like Pottery Barn! What's not to love about that?
