        I support local businesses, and we were happy to buy from them to replace our old couch. Sadly, the quality of this couch really hasn't held up. For $1200, we expected a bit more. The couch started sagging really badly about year after we got it. I opened up the bottom cover and discovered that the frame is not held together with quality joinery, basically just big staples that had come undone. The main support under the seat was almost detached. After reattaching it, it turns out the fabric it was holding up had frayed against the frame. Our 2 year old couch sags so badly it hurts to sleep on and getting up feels like escaping from a trap, and it feels like this would have been solved by a few good screws from the start.
