We engaged Tess to help sell our house in Livermore in May of 2023. She has a great team of folks surrounding her and it made every step of the process seamless - cleaning, landscaping, staging, photographing, and everything else. Tess is a phenomenalagent for countless reasons. As first time home buyers, we had many questions along the way, and Tess did a wonderful job at guiding us through the process and keeping us at ease. It was clear from our first interactions with her that she is good at what she does and is passionate about her job. Tess was extremely professional throughout the process and always made herself available even when we knew she was very busy. I don't know how she does it, but she makes you feel like you're her top priority even when she's balancing many other priorities, and she always follows through on what she promises. I personally felt comfortable with Tess because I could tell she was genuine and honest with us at all times. Tess is also well connected - she referred us to an excellent mortgage broker, and she was able to connect us with reliable people from electricians to painters to pool maintenance companies. She always went the extra mile to not only connect us with people, but she would also always personally call them first to make things much smoother when we did reach out to them. After viewing different homes and neighborhoods together, Tess really understood what we were looking for in a home. We were about to put an offer on another home, but she called us the night before we were about to, and told us we needed to see another home before we put in the offer. We are so glad she did because that ended up being our home that we ended up buying! At the end of the day, Tess guided us to find our perfect home in a very competitive market, and we could not have asked for a better agent. I have to admit that after we closed, we were all sad that we wouldn't get to see Tess frequently anymore. Tess helped us get our investment property in a very competitive market. Tess is the best agent we have worked with. Not only does she truly care about what her customers are looking for, what their ideal home looks like, budget constraints, etc. She also makes you feel like you are the one-and-only customer she is working with. She is super responsive, understands the pressure that a home buyer is under, and makes the transaction so relaxed and smooth. When it comes to negotiations, Tess does a fantastic job!
