Nick and his team were great in helping us purchase our dream home. He was good at communicating with us through the entire process. He guided us with the bid and also helped us get financing through his contacts. We were really happy with our new home purchase. We also asked him to sell our old home and he helped us find contractors through his contacts to do some paint jobs before the sale. Although he decided with someone else to represent us in our real estate search, I still wanted to drop some good words for Nick. We initially met him early during our housing search, when we were not 100% seriously looking, but trying to gauge the market. Being new the process, he pretty much answered all of our questions and without us knowing, turned us into pros when we did decide to look nearly a year later, at which we thought he had forgotten about us fickle buyers. Nick provided a really great experience for my wife and I when looking for a home in the Bay Area. Although we werent particularly ready to make any final decisions to purchase, Nick made sure to educated on the full process.
