        I ordered homemade meatloaf, which was on the "Little Less" part of the menu, thinking it would be a small portion. It was huge, so I had leftovers to take home! It was also very delicious.

        The server was not very attentive to us or 3 other tables that I observed feeling the same way.

        The service was great. Our food came in a good matter of time. There were a lot of curbside pickups going on so the kitchen was busy and forgot about the side order but managed to get it done so we took it to go. We got seated quickly and ordered fast. And they has freshly squeezed orange juice.

      In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Their mission was simple: create a fun and friendly atmosphere where the local community could enjoy huge portions of home-style cooking at a reasonable price.
