        Terrible !!!! I called them many times but No body picked the phone up. And the insurance member ID is wrong on my ID card. Hospital checked my insurance ID and birthday but cannot find me. Don't know what I can do. I hate this insurance company.

        Terrible customer service and coverage. No one is knowledgable about what they do. In one phone call 3 representatives were contradicting each other. Stay away from Aetna!
