Have been a loyal client for over 40 years, with virtually no claims.
My latest auto policy renewal increased 35%. I feel this is absorbent. My good record and loyalty seem to account for nothing.

HI David, Appreciate your comments. The entire insurance industry is experiencing increases. I am sure you have heard about the challenges with the insurance industry the past few years as it has been in the press a lot lately. There have been a lot of large claims, increased labor costs, inflation, a large increase in broken window claims, uninsured drivers driving without insurance and increased litigation expenses. All these factors are driving up premiums and I am sorry that you were impacted in this way. I sincerely appreciate your being a long time customer and we will always strive to provide the best service.
