        Called over the phone to see if NAPA had a part in stock or at another location, since they are on my way out of town. Both AutoZone and OReilly were happy to point me to a store that had it in stock or offered to special order. NAPA on the other hand didnt even bother checking and expected me to believe they could not order it. What a joke, Id shop elsewhere for quality service with employees who are interested in helping, this location is not trust worthy.

        Friendly staff and very helpful. I didnt find what I was looking but that was ok. It was motorcycle part. It was a long shot! Lol

        Came to return a brand new battery that I did not need within 30 days and was told no, despite the fact that Napa's policy online states that I can do so. One clerk attempted to pull up a policy stating otherwise, but was unable to provide any evidence.
