I am usually very reluctant to walk into a dealership because I don't want to deal with the sales talks. In the past 20+ years, I got two cars on the internet to save all the hassles. But this time I needed to upgrade from my 12-year-old VW New Beetle and thought that I should take a look and feel my options between VW Golf and VW Jetta in person. I came to Serramonte Volkswagen because of their great customer reviews on Yelp. I am happy I did. Rob gave me a warm greeting and introduced me to Sho, who is very genuine and considerate, understood that I wasn't in a rush to make any deal but still cared to show me around and gave me a good deal as they could. After I made up my mind about the VW Jetta, Mazdak later worked with me and patiently explained my options for the extended warranty. On top of it, he even helped me find a lower interest rate for the financing after I got back home. Throughout the experience, I didn't feel pressured to make the money decision and I'm happy with the deal they offered. I know I would love to keep this VW Jetta for the next 10 years.

I sold my car to this dealership a month ago and have still not received the check for the car. My calls and voicemails often go unanswered and everyone Im directed to tells me they cant help me.

Ive been a long time customer here since 2013 and the service has always been great! Today my service writer was Gabriel and he was very helpful! I came in for a check engine light diagnostic and he followed up with me to give me live updates and let me know these parts are actually covered under warranty. Had I gone anywhere else they wouldve advised replacing these parts but since I went to the dealership they went above and beyond to look up manufacturer warranty info. Saving me a lot of time and headache! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone with a Volkswagen because theyre transparent, very helpful and over the years Ive developed trust with them. Thanks again for your excellent service and diligence Gabriel! Looking forward to coming back again for all my Volkswagen needs!
