the room was nice but the bed was hard to sleep on as the springs could be felt though the mattress. the walls are super thin and my partner and I could hear people running up and down the rooms and walk ways above all night long ill 4 am. For us this was a bad thing since we both had to be up at 9am for a trade show and needed all the sleep we could get. other than that the only other complaint I have is not having a lot of TP in the room to start with and a leaky shower fossette but it was good for the price.

We paid extra for an whirlpool in the king deluxe suite, and my girlfriend spent the first 4 to 5 hours there trying to clean the filth out of the tub. The water was brown and grey and had for lack of a better word, scum bubbles in the tub, and leaving a makeup like residue. When we showed a video to the front desk requesting a room change and some kind of compensation, we were offered to move next door, but nothing else. What nonsense. Rooms were barely kept clean enough to avoid the worst level of the health inspector. Way too much for what is basically a dirty motel room with sub-par service at best with no concern for the customers health or happiness

I usually brush off the rudeness that comes from the staff because I understand the type of stress that comes with managing motels. I find it unprofessional and unorthodox from the guy working the front desk to find some way for me to make sure i lost my security deposit. I left that room vacuumed and mopped , so clean that it looked better than when we first got there. Yet, he claims that we stole his phone from the room when there wasn't one to begin with. When I tried to explain to him that this was mention from the beginning , he dismissed me and then cursed me out. If this is how you treat your guest, I won't be ever coming back here again and they can keep my security deposit because I'll take my business somewhere else. Rooms: The room are very spacious, I'll give them that much. As regards to cleanliness , that's where they fall short on.
