One of the worst realtor ever. i have been renting in the Bay area for 20 + years but never have a faced a realtor like this who charges exorbitantly on the move out. Does not get the place cleaned or carpet steam cleaned on the move in and charges you on the move out for all the cleaning. Extremely unprofessional and never get any repairs done on time.

We were looking for a house in Santa Clara County and it seemed impossible to buy a single-family house within our budget. Sue helped us develop our financial credibility and gave us proper market value of property in the bay area. Her advise and support helped us buy a beautiful house within our financial budget at the time of sellers market. During the house hunting process Sue was very helpful and gave us great advice using her professional judgement. She was very patient with us as we were looking for various attributes and kept changing our mind, but she always listened and tried to understand our concerns and needs. Sue not only helped us to bid but also advised us which house to bid for. She helped guide us to what she felt would be the best bid for the home. She got us all the disclosures and documents we needed so we could read them, sign them, and have them packaged within a few hours. Even after the deal was closed, she helped us fix things around the house. She is practically a full-service provider. She went way out of her way to help us with many other things in the process of buying a house for the first time.
