She also taught us a lot about what to watch out for, what to value in a home, and what things are non-blockers to a home purchase. A new home is a big event in life, and Dora has helped us find our dream home. She is incredibly passionate about what she does, and often was working late to support our questions and ensure things happen in a timely manner. She is very responsive, and so so respectful of our budget. She was the best decision we made on this home buying journey, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new property in the bay area.

As a first home buyer, I'm so grateful that I have Dora as my agent! Dora is so patient with us, she answered all questions from us timely and in detail which helped us a lot understand the market and our target better. She never put pressure on us, instead, she gave us all the information she could get to help us make our decision. She was always transparent and tried her best to help us negotiate. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we loved working with Dora ! She was patient with our multiple questions and explained the entire process in great detail. She understood our requirements and really hit the nail on the head with all the options she showed us. Bay Area market prices are crazy but she never pushed us on our budget. She also was very straightforward with Pros and Cons and repair costs for fixes / upgrades. She never pushed us to make a decision and if we didnt like a house , she just moved on and found us more houses. As 1st time house buyers, her transparency and expertise really made us feel comfortable with making this big decision. She was very proactive and reachable at all times.
