Esther did lot of market research and provided the data to help with making the offer pricing and her expert knowledge of the area and sharp negotiation skills helped us secure the right property. She also provided some god reference for mortgage lenders. She also walked us through the process after the home purchase and helped with some good referrals for doing some basic stuff at the house. My husband and I met Esther at an open house in the early stage of our home searching process. We decided to work with Esther because of her proactive approach and patience with us.
