        No, the black spot on screen won't grow. I don't really need a screen replacement.

        My mom needed a screen replacement for her iPhone X. It was working fine with just some cracks, so she didn't feel the need to upgrade it. So I decided that it's probably a simple replacement and that it's cheaper to do at this shop. She gets the replacement done, but the face recognition stops working, so I tell her to bring the phone back in for repair, and they insist that she needs to update the iOS. I tell her that that's silly, and that she already has the latest iOS, and her phone was working fine before the screen replacement. She goes back in for a repair again, and they take a look but apparently insist that the screen was installed perfectly and we try to reason that it's not. They end up concluding that it's not their problem. Thanks for the new screen. It looks good, but broke some features. It should be your problem if you provide a service that isn't up to expectations.

The warranty doesn't apply to any further liquid or physical damage and can be voided if you have a repair with another company. Please bring it back in, so we can take a look at it.
