I came into cupertino iPhone repair to get the glass fixed on my iphone 11. The phone was functioning completely normally the glass had just cracked when I dropped it. After taking a close look at my phone and noticing a couple very hard to notice spots on my lcd display, the rep at cupertino iphone repair required me to get my lcd display changed as well which I did not originally want to do (i just wanted the glass fixed i didn't really care about a couple spots). I ended up agreeing because it was only 30 bucks more. Fast forward a month and my new lcd display is completely unusable, it just fades to black every 15 mins and stays off for hours. I do not live in Cupertino and had returned to my home. Needing my phone for my job I contacted cupertino iphone repair to discuss my options. I offered to take a refund and get the phone repaired on my own or ship it to them if the shipping was fast enough. Cupertino iphone repair refused to give me a refund stating that they needed to get their screen back to send to their vendor. Fair enough since they refused a refund I assumed then they would cover the cost of shipping it and peform the repair. Unfortunately I was wrong and cupertino iphone repair forced me to pay for my own overnight shipping to ship their own faulty repair back to them. In the end since I needed a phone for work I had to just buy a new one and hold off on getting my old one repaired until I could get it back to cupertino. This place isn't cheap, just pay the extra 20 bucks and get it done right at an apple store. The displays they put in aren't verified by apple so you're basically on your own to deal with this kind of nonsense once they break.

I highly recommend Cupertino IPhone repair service. I had water damage to my phone. My phone would not start and I was extremely upset that I lost all my data. They recovered all my data and even offered to fix my phone. They communicated all the steps they had to do during the process of repairing. Their service was excellent! I will definitely recommend them to all!

I had my IPad Pro screen replaced here. They were extremely timely in responding back and providing a quote. The screen replacement was perfect, and I am very pleased with their level of customer service here. Pricing is inline with other places.
