Staff is great, but my fellow members arent re-racking the weights or the dumbbells. Its like walking into a teenagers bedroom! There should be an employee supervising the free weight area.

When I signed up with LA fitness Culver City was never told that they have the signature club and I wont be able to use it , I was told I could go to any LA fitness in the state of California, was lied on , now that I moved to different area around me only 2 signature locations or drive 14 mile far to go to the regular club , wish I was told the truth when I signed up ,

Second time coming to try to activate a guest pass. They take my information, hound me on the phone, and never let me actually use the facilities. Last time "their system was down" so they didn't let me enter. This time, I was already on file from the last time it didn't work, so they said I could pay $20 to enter. Sounds like the guest pass is a hoax to get you through the door, and I don't support businesses with scams like this to collect user information.
