        I have been going to Giannini & Associates for over 20 years, they are fast, knowledgeable, trustworthy, I would never use anyone else. They're the absolute best.

        Shelly Roark gave me bad advice, left me hanging, and never looked back. After many years of having my taxes done here, out of the blue, I was left to fend for myself. When I asked for guidance and help, because that's why we hire accountants, my calls and emails were ignored. I DO NOT recommend this tax service, mainly because of Shelly's very unprofessional service. I ended up having to go somewhere else, last-minute, to have my taxes done. I have some filing issues that only tax professionals know how to deal with and them leaving me to fend for myself I didn't even know how to explain those specifics to my new accountant. What a mess, thanks to Shelly Roark! Way to treat your long-term client!!!!
