Put 40 dollars right after I put the second 20 the machine reboots I get 20 dollar credit other 20 vanished I won't be using them anymore

It said its open 24 hours but twice already Ive been to get gas before work at 3 or 5 in the morning and it was closed and they had lock on the pumps
