Covina Express Car Wash

Went here for the first time and something broke inside the car wash on the guy infront of me and blew out his tires and scratched my car real bad and cracked the headlight. The owner said hell call me back by the end of the week and when the end of the week came I called them and they said the beginning of the next week. That week passed and still no call back. I been trying to call them and now all of a sudden no one answers the phone. I left emails and nothing. DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH theres a better one right down the street

We never had a problem at this location thats why we recommended the place to family , friends , etc ( not to mentioned we have multiple cars with Platinum VIP ). However on 5/05/23 my husband had an incident due to the card on file declined( it was stolen and couldnt update the info until I had the new card physically with me- I couldnt update anything online ). I sent an email explaining with details what happened on 5/05/23 . The store manager has no idea how customer service work, my husband was asked to leave the premises completely because according to store manager he was not a customer even though it took me 5 mins to arrived where my husband was to provide the updated info and store manager could clearly see we have been long term customers with our phone number . Disappointment !
