Citrus Car Wash

This is the second time I have used this car wash and it will be my last. Poor service at best. Car left out in sun to dry. If you want good service and a nice car wash, try the Alamo car wash on Nogals in Walnut.

Great service and prices. It was my 1st ever visit. I will keep going here. Visited on 6/28/23. They offer specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They even offer a loyalty card. They offer a full variety of car detailing to meet all your needs

Might as well go to the gas station drive thru car wash. Weve paid for a higher package before and they do an okay job, but even for a basic wash this is unacceptable.

Absolute worst car wash I have ever been too. They are over priced for the lack of quality they provide. They do a terrible job cleaning from vacuuming to wiping down. And the icing on the cake is when you have a cream headliner and they get black marks on it and refuse to fix it. My car was immaculate prior to going to THIS car wash. AND the owner is unprofessional and could care less about his customers. NEW STORY: 5/8/2023 My fianc went to this car wash, as the workers pulled out his truck to dry it when the car porter got out he slammed our door into a Range Rovers door and took off to go hid when he was called out. The manager refused to address the situation or even go look at the damage done to our truck and the Range Rover. He gave us a refund and then told him he was not allowed to go back to the car wash. So because they damaged our vehicle he gets banned from the car wash? poor management and poor business ethics. I will be reporting this company to the California better business bureau. Absolutely RIDICULOUS AND they have a contract with Covina PD, wonder if all my tax dollars are being spent on cruiser repairs because the workers clearly do NOT CARE!!!!

What can I say I went to the car wash I drove in with my car. I had a lot of bugs on the windshield on the grill of the car. It went through the car wash. A lot of the bugs did not come off. I had to ask the guy to re-try to take the rest of the bugs off which he tried and then he flagged me and said the car was ready and then I took a look at it and the bugs were still there.
