Budget Car Rental

Was at Hertz and Enterprise where there were no cheap cars available and service was slow, then came here which Im glad I did. Budget Car Rental was able to rent me a car very promptly with the cheapest rate around, no bs and I was able to be driving in no time. 10/10 recommended!!

I rented a minivan weeks in advance and paid for it in full, only to arrive and tell me there was no minivan available. Then they tried to convince me to take a mid size SUV that only seats 5, SMH worst experience ever renting a vehicle.

Rented a car for a 3 day weekend. It's my first time renting from Budget. I loved the experience. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They didn't try to sell me extra insurance. Matter of fact we didn't even do a walk around. When I returned the car they asked me one question. I handed them the keys and was on my way in 45 seconds. Unbelievable! I have rented from enterprise for years. It's a process to pickup and return a rental. It usually takes 30-45 min to rent and return. Not to mention the usual insurance upgrade scam. I'm never going back to enterprise.

Is good customer service but is very inconvenient that don't let you use the bathroom...
