        Dont waste your time renting here. We reserved a mini van months in advance, and when we got there they said they did not have the car we reserved. They made no effort to help us find another option or solve the issue. Wasted a whole day of our vacation due to their poor management.

        Had issue with my rental it didnt have any oil after I long drive & it left me stranded. I thought I had extended my rental but turns out I didnt I called & told them I had paid for another wk and they asked no questions or checked they just let me keep the same car but later on trying to get the replacement car I had problems I couldnt get one anymore cause they never put the car under the new reservation the just left it like I never picked up my car. Such an embarrassing moment at the Avis in John Wayne airport.
