Management is very bad , no communication at all i have been raising an issue with my monthly payment for more than 5 months with no solution and they usually get back to me after a month with a very hazy response. Prices are not cheap with very bad services also the place is not safe at all during the 5 month i have been here lots of accidents happened and police came many times .

Really pretty clean pool nice apartments Joe is very helpful and so is the manage's nice people.

Moved in three (3) years ago. Place was great, management was nice and readily available to answer any and all questions. No issues, other than a few packages being stolen - people, what are you gonna do? I just rerouted packages to a different location. 2020/21 theres a notice that management changed. Ok, no biggie. Everything was seem-less and nothing big changed. 2022 another management/owner is announced and now you can never get a hold of anyone when you call. The office is always closed, as is the gym which we should have access to. Its a new CEO coming in to a company and trying to change everything just because they think its for the better. People smoking right by cars in the carports and in the stairwell. It gets into car vents and the hallways retain the smoke smell because theres no ventilation. All types of smoking, not limited to cigarettes. I get to each their own but if someone is allergic and has young kids, others should be considerate. Management does nothing about it. Cars in ports that have not been moved for 3+ years but take up an extra spot where no one else is able to pay to actively use it. I also have a strong suspicion that management may come into your apartment when no one is home, as Ive noticed certain things that are awry. Covina is a nice place to live in and if you can find a different place within the same price with at least a 3star review, youre better off there.

Small update to clarify: there's a difference between the new property owner's & management. On site management, are good & friendly to work with, when you can get a hold of them. They're obviously the go-between if you ever wish to speak with the owners - which again, like any CEO of a company, there's red tape & that just doesn't happen. So, unfortunately for them, management has to deal with everything that comes with the job.Maintenance staff & some neighbour's are indeed wonderful - I just wouldn't fall for any upselling if you're looking to rent here.

this place is good but my friends son slipped and he's 2 and has a big red bump on his head there is apart of the pool that when it get wet it is very slippery and the day before that my daughter's friends was walking and she ran a little but it was wet and she slipped back and fell on her head
