I love this place, the environment is amazing and all thanks to the manager Ramon that makes it all possible. He stays on top of his job at all times. This place is very nice to live in with the pool and hot tub also the fire pit, and grilling area for when you don't feel like cooking inside and it's very quiet at all times and clean. Plus it's pet friendly as well. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, peaceful, clean place to live in. The manager always takes care of any issue right away whether it be with tenants or maintenance wise, he's right on.

These apartments are very well managed. It is quiet after 10pm, if any issues arises I feel confident with bringing it up to the attention of the manager Ramon. He handles every situation with easy and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is as it should be.

This property is located in a very nice area, management and the maintenance team are PHENOMENAL, and I always look forward to community events. I moved over here for school last year and to this day, I have yet to have any complaints, as Ive only had positive experiences here on this property. Thank you Ramon, for always taking a step further to keep the community informed of community events and for the continued support every morning as Im going to school. :)

The management is incredible here! When looking for an apartment last year, this property stood out to us as Ramon made a point to help us out in such a short notice and has remained helpful throughout the entire lease. Thank you Ramon for helping my grand-daughter find a HOME as she goes to school in Pomona. I am happy to know she is having only positive experiences here.
