My visit to the Stella McCartney store left me with mixed feelings. While I appreciated the variety of options and the stylish offerings, I couldn't shake the feeling of being overly pressured to make a purchase. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by enthusiastic salespeople who seemed eager to assist me. While their intentions were undoubtedly good, I quickly felt overwhelmed by the constant attention and assistance. I prefer to browse at my own pace, taking in the displays and allowing my thoughts to guide me towards any potential purchases. Unfortunately, my browsing experience was disrupted by the persistent presence of the sales staff. I felt as though I was being chased around the store, with little opportunity to explore on my own terms. This constant interaction made me feel uneasy and detracted from my overall enjoyment of the shopping experience. Despite spotting a pair of shoes that caught my eye, I ultimately decided against making a purchase at Stella McCartney. The pressure to buy was simply too much to bear, and I found myself seeking refuge elsewhere. Ironically, I ended up spending more money at a different store where I felt less pressured and more in control of my shopping experience. In the end, it's a shame that my visit to the Stella McCartney store was marred by excessive sales tactics. While the products may be enticing, the overwhelming pressure to make a purchase left me feeling unsettled and eager to leave. Perhaps with a more hands-off approach from the sales staff, the shopping experience could be greatly improved for customers like myself who value autonomy and independence in their purchasing decisions.

The worst customer service experience ever. I bought sneakers as a birthday gift for my mom. The store didnt have her size so we ordered the shoes on 10/30 and the sales associate Coco said the shoes will be delivered the week after. She said she would contact me when the shoes arrive at the store. Until 11/4, I did not hear any update so I called the store and apparently the shoes have arrived but no one contacted or sent the shoes even though I provided all the information they needed when I paid for those on 10/30. Coco promised to send it the next day when she goes to work and let me know. On 11/5, until evening, I didnt hear anything so I called the store again and she said it was sent but it was busy and she couldnt let me know. On 11/8, I get a call from Fedex that I have to come to fedex store to pick up my package b/c the address on the package is incorrect. Coco wrote down the wrong address for my package despite me giving the info in the store as well as texting the address before it was sent out to confirm. I picked up the package and found out at home that she sent me the WRONG SHOES. I called the store and Coco said she was too busy and sent the wrong shoes. What an absurd excuse. I dont understand why I have to go through this hassle when I bought $700 shoes. The shoes didnt come in time for my mom and now I have to go thru another hassle of sending the current ones back and receiving the correct ones. This whole experience was the worst customer service experience Ive ever received from a boutique store and I would highly recommend avoiding this store especially Coco as the sales associate.
