        It's one thing to give an offer that is low so that they can resell a vehicle and profit, but it's another thing to offer 1/3 of Kelley blue books trade-in value. They tried to justify their low offer by lying about damages that didn't exist in the vehicle. Do not sell your car to them!

        The process went quickly and smoothly for selling a car, it took a little over an hour. The employees were all friendly and professional. I feel that we got a fair price for our vehicle, much more than any other used car buyers out there. I would definitely sell my used car to Carmax in the future.
