        Had everything i wanted without any problems. Great place to shop! Clean and well staffed.

        We purchased three medium-sized balloons, each with an inflation charge, and one large balloon adorned with a number for my daughter's birthday party on Friday, February 23. Barely 10 minutes after leaving the store, we were shocked to find one of the balloons deflated. Resolving to address this the next day, we woke to find yet another balloon lifeless. Upon returning to the store, their response was infuriating: they flat-out refused to replace the balloons, dismissing us with a curt "Everything's fine. If you want balloons, buy new ones." Left with no choice, we bought three more balloons, only to be slapped with a ridiculous 1.5-hour wait for inflation. The product quality is abysmal, and the customer service is downright atrocious. This will be our final visit to PartyCity. At our birthday party, I'll make sure to share this horrendous experience with all our guests.
