Thought Id try this place once again and its gone more down hill then the last time. I called 5 days ago and the receptionist said she would contact someone to re open my case and get back to me. Unbelievable that after 5 days I call this morning and she says I have to contact the MHA in Anaheim, calls me hun my names Mariah (but thanks Im not your daughter) so remember they want to keep you calling (goodnight) so you dont wake in the morning (goodnight). Save yourself sometime and really think about going here but to me they dont help and its not worth it. Only person that helped me there was Kamelle thanks Kamelle too bad you are no longer there but I know youre helping many others wherever you may be. Shame on everyone else.

I've been a patient here for over a year. Every employee I've spoken to has been kind and understanding. I've been lucky to have great therapists here that have helped me through some really rough things. I feel supported and validated. They've always gotten back to me quickly whether it's about my medications, to talk because I'm having an anxiety attack, or something really urgent like a crisis. I'm deeply grateful for the care and compassion they've shown me.

I was a patient at this place referred by medi-cal. You can be as honest as you want to with them, and when they get stressed out they will not help you. When you explain something isn't working they tell you that you are wrong and it is suppose to. When it is apparent a problem is there they do not even attempt to try to help, and like most people assume the worst in people. I do not recommend this place there is no compassion and they will try to get out of things if it goes beyond what they want to do. I can understand a person may want to do the right thing, but the way i left and was offered nothing to maybe help me.. Not even attempt to even talk . just a get out i cant handle it. Maybe some patients just cannot be helped.
