This was the worst experience. It was my first day wedding dress shopping and the associate had me browse, but did not assist with finding options. She also didnt clip me back when I was trying on options so I was having to hold the dress up when I was trying them on. There were several options I couldnt fit into and when I told the associate she did not provide more options or different sizes. She didnt seem like she was even working, or wanted to be there. I asked for dresses with sleeves and she explained many dont have them on but that they had sleeves I could add on to see how It looked, but then she never provided them. We left after 40 minutes, it was terrible.

My dress shopping experience was made easy because of Jaclyns Bridal! Going in not knowing what I wanted what so ever, the team was very helpful. What made this all worth it was working with Mindy throughout all the try ons and making the dress perfect. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in my dress and make sure it fit how I liked. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I only went to one other shop before coming to Jaclyns. After my lackluster experience at the first shop, I was feeling a bit discouraged. After checking out reviews on many different shops, and searching for the general dress style I was looking for, I found Jaclyns. I immediately felt so much more excited about the process of finding the one in my wedding dress. This shop has a beautiful selection, it is a classy, but not pretentious atmosphere, smells good, and is calm and inviting. The staff here is wonderful, and although consultation appointments are 1 hour, there is not a rushed feeling at all. They offer in-house alterations, and they did a wonderful job fitting my dress to suit me.
