Although the jewelry here is beautifully and unique i've had to return my engagement ring twice due to manufacture defect. The first time my ring lasted only 3 months before the ring showed significant signs of wear. We were initially told because the ring was "used" we could not exchange it not even for the same exact ring and to fix would take 6-9 months ??? After I threw a hissy fit the store manager agreed to let us purchase a new/ deferente style ring and credit us the cost of of the first ring, We chose to do an upgrade and purchased a completely deferente ring and paid double what the 2nd ring cost. Now, again less than 2 months later the new ring too is defected, the rose setting broke and the diamond is missing... I called the store and the "new" manager Liz will see us this Saturday. Wish us luck this is so heart-wrenching
