Their self check out was the worst experience of my life. I was treated like a common criminal, hovering telling me I cant take a yellow bag. I didnt even intend to nor did I have my scanned items in the bag. They were trying to be helpful, but came across as hallway monitors at a high school trying to getcha. They also accosted my husband who was trying to buy pizza at the food court, I thought they were going to call security on him for trying to walk from the checkout line to the food court.

Shop during weekdays, off hours. Easier parking and less crowded.

Ilea, what a.great place for getting anything for one's home. I.was.looking to.get sme nice looking boxes to hold my stuff. I had a.certain size in mknd and wouldn't you know it, they had something to fit the bill. Self check-out is easy, and so is parking. Even though parking is abundant, it's a popular place so choose a good time. I went after dinner and pulled right into a space immediately. What's neat is that there is covered parking, and that's because there are solar panels.to assist in helping to take a bit of electrical load off SoCal Edison's grid. Aside from the occassional public education campus and some Hosital campusus, I don't remember seeing this type off energy conscious hardware, even if the code authrity made Ikea provide it. Hah! Last thing, just grab a shopping cart, unless you absolutely know for sure one's trip is ONLY limited to grabbing something very light.
