I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of Lazzoni company and their talented Project Manager /Architect, Simge Alak for my master closet. Renowned for their exquisite furniture pieces, Lazzoni company has once again exceeded expectations with their master closet offerings. From the moment I laid eyes on the closet, I was struck by its elegant design and attention to detail. Every component, from the sleek handles to the smooth gliding drawers, exuded sophistication and durability. Lazzoni's furniture is gorgeous and built to last a lifetime. We just bought our 3rd piece from them and Cem went above and beyond helping me to find something that was in stock as well as arranging delivery in our very tight time frame and with extra protection on the packaging for us to take it home with us. Our nightstands arrived unscathed and we couldn't be happier!

Lazzoni's staff were wonderful. After purchasing a dinette table and chairs from Lazzoni, we decided to order their customized closet system, as well. Our closet has an irregular shape, but Lazzoni's designers came up with a layout to maximize shelving and wardrobe-hanging space. The installation team was equally conscientious and professional. The closet system fit perfectly to the room's contours, and it's very sleek and luxurious. We couldn't be more pleased with it. We'll return to Lazzoni when we next need furnishings.

My wife and I have worked closely with Simge on designs and furniture for our new home. She is wonderful to work with, very responsive and great desings. Where Lazzoni fell apart is with the installers and quality. 1. Our couch design is great, we love it. 2. Our bedroom set is nice. We bought an all glass ottoman (fibonacci) and I was laying on my stomach on the ground and when I pushed myself to get up, my elbow hit one of the class pieces and it broke. Pretty bad for an ottoman if my elbow broke the glass, anything can break it. We bought a 3 piece mirror for the wall. When they brought it they said they cannot install because of liability. We were told they everything gets installed during purchase. 4 months later when they installed my office, Simge came to look at my bedroom and saw my mirrors weren't installed, so she had me sign a waiver to have them installed. Bedroom was delayed for 3 months, we couldn't move in till this set came in. They comped us with store credit $1,000. 3. Buffet for our China. The installer put holes in our buffet and tried to cover it up with black tape. He also left black dirt finger prints on my dinning chair, while they installed the buffet. Denied of course. 4. Office bookcase, was installed, scratches everywhere, damaged shelving, holes in cabinetry, main shelve is at an angle. Installers never cleaned after install, dust everywhere. When the installers came out to inspect after I complained, they used my cleaning supplies to clean and stated when scratches were gone, but they were just wet. After it dried I showed them the scratches are still there. You can run your finger nail and feel it. Insulting my intelligence. Also, the shelves have screws that are visible, I asked if they can be all the same direction, they said too much work. The pieces that were painted black have a foggy look to it, not suppose to be like that. The manager requested pictures, even after their installers took pics, I sent them. Than they tried to say they will order pieve by piece to fix. I requested a new unit because almost every piece was damaged. Than they wanted to come out for another time to inspect, with a manager. I scheduled a time, they were running 30 minutes late so I had to cancel and said you recieved the pictures as requested. Wasting my time. I asked them to remove my unit and give a refund. Of course Simge got involved, and I agreed to a new unit. Lets see how that goes. Very disappointed with the installers as they rush, seems like every second counts. Making mistakes over and over and never clean the furniture after install. My glass ottoman is a safety concern for anyone. For spending around $40,000 I am very disappointed with Lazzoni.
