Bright look cleaners and alterations

DO NOT GO THERE- MUCH BETTER SERVICE IN THE LOCAL AREA. Overpriceed, poor service. $9 to launder a man's cotton dress shirt?? Others charge $4.50. Misquoted alteration cost- over $100 to alter sleeves and hem pants on a suit. $24.00 to "press" the suit, which was a dry cleaning charge. Open at 9? Maybe, maybe at 10, or whenever she feels like it. Don't plan to drop clothes before work, they won't be open. Tiny shop in a small mall, one would expect them to cherish business instead of rip off the customer. Other long time customer said "I thought I was being overcharged." HE WAS!

Absolutely love this place, been coming here for years. She takes great care of our clothes especially our couch cushion from dog puke or pee :)

Be extremely careful with these dry cleaners! They quoted me a price over the phone for dry cleaning 2 hats that I thought was reasonable- $22 for both. The hats cost $20 new on Amazon, so ok. Came in to drop them off, signed receipt, wait for 5 days. Came back in to pick up, young girl up says she quoted me $22 each, not for both!!! Seriously??!??! No you did not, she told me $22 for both!!! twice she said for both!!! Be wary of this dry cleaners, they will bait and switch you. And they have your clothing so there is little you can do!!! I could have bought 2 new hats for this price!!! These people are deceptive and misleading in their business practices. I have left 2 other reviews, one on yelp and calif dept of consumer affairs. I hope others don't have to go through this experience. Buyer beware!!!

Yalina and her team are amazing they help me so much with my wedding dress and were very quick and did an amazing job!!! i highly recommend them!!

Yalina the owner is literally the BEST. She takes good care of you, always keeps you in the loop & is amazing at communicating. I stopped by the other week looking for her specifically for a question I had & she wasn't there but later she personally reached out and called me on my cell phone to ask how she could help me! Like who does that?? I've gotten a couple items altered here as well as regular dry cleaning and they always turn out absolutely amazing. She is the friendliest & her service is incredible. I love her & her staff! Honestly since I've found them almost a year ago, I don't see myself going anywhere else!
