I had been going to this business for awhile without any issues. Recently, the dry cleaning items that I picked up smelled strongly of chemical. I brought them back after airing the clothes out for one week. They re-cleaned the items but same issue.  Very disappointed. Now I'm taking my clothes to Orchid Cleaners across the street.

Worst dry cleaning place ever they didn't tell me cash only for the tailor. And turned me away twice when I tried to pick up my clothes. I cannot pay by credit card or Venmo or anything

I am writing this message to recommend the professional service of the company called, Crown Cleaners Harbor, located in Costa Mesa, California. I have used the dry cleaning services of theirs for over 2 years now and have yet until having them provide my dry cleaning, never been totally satisfied with the results . They have met every deadline and request and in their own continued to provide me with the extra attention that I never asked for or expected . Being myself an executive in the service industry I am able to recognize whether or not any business is able to provide quality service or not and often it is evident that it is not an important aspect of many establishments that do business with the public. I can honestly attest to the fact that the family owned business of Crown Cleaners Harbor know exactly what service is and means to their customers and they drive that service above and beyond in every aspect of their service to their customers. This is one service provider I know you will find more than what you expected and will use them regularly thereafter. Services: Ironing, Clothing alterations & repairs, Alterations, Special care fabric cleaning, Clothes pressing, Laundry wash & fold
