***WARNING*** My friend and I was looking for a ring-bearer outfit for my son to wear in my sister's wedding that was only a few days away. We found a cute outfit at the store.When I was purchasing the outfit, I was informed that the outfit was on sale BUT was not once informed verbally all sales items are final. Even when the sales associate called the manager to confirm the item was on sale. I know this for a fact because I would not have made the purchase at all because my son did not try on the outfit since he wasn't with me and I didn't confirm if the outfit was acceptable with my sister. In addition, the sales associate did not mention all sales items are final when my friend had asked about the return policy knowing my situation. My sister ended up having another outfit for him and I went to return the outfit 5 days later, but was informed that all sales are final at the time. There was a return policy at the register stating the following: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the purchase date with its original receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with all tags attached and in the same condition as purchased. All sales items are final." The last sentence on the store policy was not CLEAR and there was no mention of only full price items can be returned in the 14 day period. I felt that I was not informed significantly as a customer and feel extremely upset about information being withheld. I hope this does not happen to another customer.
