I drove all the way from Santa Monica to buy these gorgeous Julie Heels from the latest collection. The seller was super nice she definitely helped me find the right size. I was obsessed with the design since it looked perfectly with the outfit I had in mind. The first day I wore them, these $500 shoes broke while I was walking through the restaurant. Yes, the first day of wearing them these supposed to be great quality shoes broke. I literally had to walk barefoot in a 5 star restaurant thanks to this brand. However, these things happen and even though it was humiliating I wasnt that upset since it was my first time trying the brand. What really made me upset was that when I went to return them to the store. The manager basically told me that it was my fault they broke. What? What was I supposed to do? Not walk on them? Have them on display in my closet? Im 130 lbs and I wasnt even running. These shoes broke from just walking. He made the entire transaction feel so uncomfortable. He kept refusing to issue a return. He said they there was nothing he could do because it was excessive wear. I came back to the store 3 days after purchasing them. He tried every excuse possible to deny the return. Clearly this brand is very bad quality. I have bought designer shoes for a long time and Ive never have a horrible experience like these one. Just know that if you buy shoes from this brand and they break is your fault and you wont get a refund. You will have to keep those gorgeous shoes broken in your closet.
