Just leaving my own 5 star here because most of the lower reviews definitely seem to be entitled people who really don't expect to spend money to fix $1000 shoes?????? Like I- if they were converse I'd understand why they're triggered they can toss it in the wash..... but like these are thousand dollar shoes, it's a boutique with DESIGNER clothes. I'm not understanding why people are complaining about paying extra money for shoes when 1. They clearly have the money for it after paying$1000 for shoes 2. They're really starting to sound cheap not wanting to pay for fixing up what they spent 1000s on

I read some of the reviews when I went to go look for the location. I typically don't buy in store, I'm an online shopper, and I went in to get my shoe fixed. It's already better than other designers that don't have in-house repair. I just paid to get the studs replaced, and because my shoe broke after paying for a repair, they replaced my shoes. Keep in mind, my shoes were not trashed, but they were out of warranty. My experience today, and the manager's willingness to help has sold me on being an in-store shopper at this location for a lifetime. Thank you for owning my customer experience.
