I was meant to move in here. On the day of lease signing, I asked a few clarifying questions about parking and what can go in the garage. Next thing I know the lease I was meant to sign was cancelled and the garage taken off the lease. Then suddenly a garage was unavailable for me lol. I had a terrible experience and felt discriminated against for just asking questions, unbelievable how much of an ego some people have

Wonderful experience living at the Parsons. My fianc and I were there for almost 3 years before moving out of state. Clean facilities and pool. No experience dealing with bugs, plenty of parking, no theft while living there. Jill was by far the best community manager weve had. She knew all of the community by name and always went above and beyond to help us out. Would be a 3-4 star review if Jill was not there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, stylish place to live in the heart of Costa Mesa.

I have been speaking with Jill and she has been extremely helpful and patient with me. She is so nice and knowledgeable and I am glad to have found this complex after shopping around for weeks. She truly knows what she is doing and I would advise everyone out there searching for a nice apartment with a friendly staff to look no further! Thank you Jill for everything.

Ive been a resident at the Parsons for about 6 months now and I couldnt be happier living here. This is a private, secluded and friendly community located in central Costa Mesa and its very quiet and cozy. The vibe here kinda seems like 60s Palm Springs. The staff here is AMAAZING. Hanna, Raul and Heidi take amazing care of this place and it shows. Every amenity and public area of this community is cleaned and maintained daily. Repairs are made immediately. Plus theres about a million resturaunts and things to explore within a short walk or bike ride. Takes under 10 min to hit the beach on an e-bike. This is a pretty social community and you can tell that most everyone takes pride in living here and keeping it a great place to live. Expect to make new friends if you move here!
