The manager Fermin is incredibly rude and unprofessional! Ive never been spoken to by a rental office associate in the way he has. When you stand up for yourself, state the facts, or bring up an issue, he always talks down to you with accusations and blame. His tone is very condescending, defensive never takes responsibility or speaks in a professional manner when you ask about repairs. He even has the audacity to hang up while having a conversation like the child he is. Appliances in the apartment dont get permanently fixed, and when you mention it afterwards he will blame you and ask you to pay for repair and parts! He is a bully and shouldnt be managing this property by any means.

i lived here in 2007 with my husband and honestly i do not know why they would put such an unprofessional person to care for the apartments till this day its the same situation i moved out in 2008 and its 2019 and the same Hispanic man is managing i saw an add on Craigslist for a 1 bedroom apartment and called about 2 days ago left a message and still no call back i called again today and nothing this person does not in the absolute care about renting im sure he gets partial rents or if not even free rent living there its ridiculous i wish there was an actual number to reach the actual owners or something!!!!!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend this apartment complex.who seem to make the spanish speaking only tennants a priority, being that their English is also limited,
