Rented a cargo van last month for a round-trip overnighter from CA to AZ. Andrew was very helpful. His estimate was within a few dollars of the final total bill. He came in early so I could get an early start. While checking the vehicle we found a turn signal problem. He immediately swapped that van for another one. He was courteous and helpful, and NEVER tried to upsell me or get me to buy anything I didn't need. He also advised me of a discount I was eligible for. A very pleasant experience. I'll rent from here again.
March 2023 update: I've rented from here four times in the past five months, all out of state round trips. Each time it was a pleasant experience. Everyone I've dealt with (Andrew, Peter Juan, Dominic) was polite, courteous, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure everything went smoothly for me.
